Chelsea Jenish began her dance training when she was 3 years old. She trained in competitive Ballet, Pointe, Modern, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, and Hip-hop. Chelsea completed her RAD exams, and has obtained her Teachers Certification. Since her competitive training, Chelsea has graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Ryerson University. Chelsea was privileged to train in ballet with Nadia Potts, and Tanya Evidente, both former professional dancers with the National Ballet of Canada. In her professional dance career she has worked with Kate Hilliard, Allen Kaeja, Heidi Strauss, Linda Garneau and Robert Glumbeck. Chelsea also has extensive training in classical modern dance, working with TDT alumni and artistic directors Kenny Pearl and Christopher House. After her training at Ryerson, Chelsea continues to in Toronto and work as a professional film and television actress. Chelsea is also a certified personal trainer, which ensures her dancers are working safely, taking care of injuries and keeping their bodies strong. Chelsea has led her students into many audition opportunities and has had dancers accepted into the Quinte ballet School, the National Ballet School of Canada, and the Joffery School of Ballet.
