🎭 Children’s Productions

Two exciting productions each year — one kicking off in the fall (August) when students return to school, and one in the spring (January).

Auditions are held in late July for fall shows and early December for spring shows.

🌟 Community Theater Productions

Two productions each year, typically held in early spring and late summer, offering opportunities for performers of all ages and experience levels.
☀️ Summer Camps

Fun-filled theater camps in June and July for ages 6–18, designed to inspire creativity and build confidence on stage and behind the scenes. We will offer full day, half day and two week long camps! Camp registration will open on January 5th, 2026!

Our Theater
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to enrich the lives of children and adults in Castle Rock, CO, through the vibrant arts of theater, dance, and singing. We believe that by bringing these elements together, we can create memorable experiences that bring theater to life for our community.
PHILOSOPHY
At Rising Star Performing Arts, we believe that theater should be an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone. We strive to create a true theater family—a supportive community where students and adults can learn, grow, and shine together.
Our programs help young performers build a lifelong love of theater, while giving older students opportunities to deepen their skills and leadership in a positive, encouraging environment. Rising Star is also a place where adults can bring their creative dreams to life on stage, whether they’re rediscovering a passion or trying something new.
We proudly celebrate each individual’s unique gifts and ensure that students of all abilities, including those with special needs, have a place in the spotlight. Through friendship, confidence, and creativity, we work together to bring stories to life—because at Rising Star, everyone has a place to shine.
